The rooms are small, and mine faced the street, leading to noticeable traffic noise. There was confusion regarding the airport transfer. I was charged twice due to poor communication, and the breakfast options didn’t fully meet my dietary requests. The water from the Nespresso machine wasn’t hot enough for tea, and the bathroom had a black mould issue on the windowsill.

The breakfast spread was spectacular, especially those cinnamon rolls that melted in your mouth! I also adored the cozy vibe of this boutique hotel, which felt like a hidden gem. Plus, the staff was incredibly attentive—Roberto even brought us tea every night!

They not only fixed it promptly but also surprised us with a gift box, which was a classy gesture. The Deluxe Double Room was beautifully decorated and had a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Coyoacan square and the Frida Kahlo museum. An evening tea delivery with cookies added a cozy touch. However, I faced some noise disturbances during the night. other guests were quite loud. Despite that, I loved every other aspect of the stay and can't wait to return.

my stay at agata hotel boutique & spa was really enjoyable. the comfy bed and pillows made sleeping a pleasure. plus, the location was super convenient, just a short walk to the plaza where the coyote fountain is. they also surprised me by helping with my heavy suitcase, which was such a nice touch!

We felt so welcomed at this place! The rooftop terrace was a great spot for evening drinks, and breakfast was delish—loved the fruit and pastries. The only bummer was some noise coming from the street at night. The staff, though, made everything better with their kindness and thoughtful touches.
